Shipping & Handling Fees

Within India – We offer free shipping on all orders above Rs.3000. A small shipping fee is charged on orders below Rs 3000 which is added at the time of checkout.

International – We know you are waiting to get your hands on Muray products and are working on making it happen really soon. Meanwhile, all our international patrons stay tuned and make your wish lists!

Production & Shipping Time
Our products are made-to-order, and each garment is hand stitched with great care. Therefore production times can differ between products. But in general all products are produced and dispatched between 8-10 working days.

Shipment times on your order begin after the production times. As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a notification by email.

Expected delivery timelines based on location:
Within Mumbai: Please allow 1 to 3 business days for the courier to be delivered
Metros: Please allow 2 to 5 business days for the courier to be delivered
Non-Metros and Interiors: Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the courier to be delivered
Business days do not include Saturday or Sunday, and these estimates do not include weekend delivery.

Refund Policy

All our products are handmade. Each product is unique. There also may be slight differences in colours or prints of the product from the images you see on the website. We do our best to make each product as perfect as it can be. But in the off chance that you need to exchange or return a purchased product, we will try to accommodate this.
We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We are in the process of tying up with delivery and pickup partners. Meanwhile we request you to courier your return item to us, once your return is accepted. 

You can always contact us for any return question at hello@muray.in.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene puposes. This includes all accessories and bed linen. All custom made items such as wall papers can also not be returned. We offer only exchanges for these items in the case of reciept of damaged items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Other wise, we can ship the new item within 7 business days of receipt of the exchange item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved we will initiate the refund within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
